Before you step in

A wellness and recovery session — not a substitute for medical care. If you have health questions, ask your clinician, then tell us at the desk.

What to wear

We kit you: dry underwear, knee-high socks, gloves, ear protection, slippers, a protective mask in the chamber, and a cotton top for women. Everything dry. No jewelry.

How to prepare

Arrive with dry skin — no lotion, no sweat. Eat and hydrate as you normally would. One person in the chamber.

When you arrive

Walk in. Check in at the desk. Change. Kit up. The operator explains the three minutes before the door closes.

Inside the chamber

−125 °F, 180 seconds, breathable air. You can move. The operator is right there.

Afterward

You warm up as you dress. Most people feel alert. Then you’re done — no appointment required for next time either.

FAQ

Is cryotherapy safe?

We follow a kit-and-contraindication protocol and stay with you. It is still a very cold wellness session. People with listed contraindications should not enter. This is not medical care.

How cold does the chamber get?

−125 °F in the MECOTEC cryo:one⁺.

How long is a session?

180 seconds in the chamber. Localized cryo:air is typically 5–10 minutes.

What should I wear?

The kit we provide. Dry clothes only. See the scanner above.

Can I exercise before or after?

Many athletes come in after practice. Listen to your body. We don’t prescribe training plans.

How often can I have cryotherapy?

Unlimited packs are one visit per day. Otherwise, as often as it feels right and fits the protocol.

Is this for athletes?

Yes — and for anyone 12+ who wants a short wellness freeze. See the athlete page.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins welcome during posted hours.

Who should not use cryotherapy?

Kids under 12, pregnancy, heart problems, respiratory disease, open wounds, and anything your clinician flags. When in doubt, don’t go in — tell the team.

What are the contraindications?

The list above the FAQ: under 12, pregnancy, heart problems, respiratory disease, open wounds. This is a wellness protocol, not a diagnosis. If you have a medical condition — including questions about cancer, arthritis, or surgery — talk to your healthcare provider before you book.

Is this a substitute for medical care?

No. Cryotherapy Rejuvenate is a wellness and recovery studio. We do not treat or cure disease. If you have medical concerns, consult your clinician, then tell us at the desk.

Do you offer contrast therapy or infrared sauna?

No. We run whole-body MECOTEC cryo:one⁺ and localized MECOTEC cryo:air. That’s the menu.

Can I buy a gift certificate?

Yes — ask at the desk when you walk in, or call 570 290 1979.
